By accessing our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

By using our Website and placing an order, you confirm that:

3.1 Product Descriptions

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative, a store credit, or a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices on our Website are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (currently 5% in the UAE), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other payment options as displayed on our Website. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway provider(s). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
4.3 Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed. We accept no liability for any charges or fees your bank or card issuer may apply in connection with a failed transaction. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
4.4 VAT & Invoicing
A VAT-compliant tax invoice will be issued for all orders in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements. Please ensure your billing details are accurate at the time of purchase.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
5.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order constitutes an offer and is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
5.2 Order Confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. This email confirms that we have received your order and payment. The contract between you and Purla is formed at this point.
5.3 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:
- A product is out of stock or discontinued
- There is an error in the product listing or price
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- We are unable to verify your delivery address or payment details
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. International delivery to other countries (including Saudi Arabia and other GCC states) will be available as we expand. Delivery availability will be indicated at checkout.
6.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Purla is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.3 Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6.4 Risk & Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you once full payment has been received and cleared.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7.2 Change of Mind
As our products are consumable food supplements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. If a product is unopened and in its original condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return. Return shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.
7.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or card issuer in crediting the refund to your account.
7.4 UAE Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or any other applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, graphics, and branding (collectively, the "Content"), is the intellectual property of Purla L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.
